In Loving Memory of Marie, Kevin, and Freddie

In Loving Memory

Marie, Kevin & Freddie

This page is dedicated to three cherished friends who transitioned to the Spirit world between 2020 and 2021.

The profound loss of these dear souls deeply affected me. Through the practice of Spiritual work, Yoga, and the teachings of Buddhism, I found solace and understanding in the belief that life is eternal. These disciplines aided me in coping with the grief of their departure.

I am forever grateful for the blessing of their presence in my life and cherish our ongoing spiritual journey together.

A wonderful healer, spiritual mother & sister, and best friend who devoted her life to working and serving the Spirit. A nurturer full of love. She was and still is the best companion in my life. She always encourages me to live life to the fullest, also teaching me to believe in inner strength.

A very special Healer and close friend.  Forever enthusiastic in everything and a very compassionate and fun-loving being.  I miss his presence and the twinkle in his eyes. But I believe he’s around a lot, supporting and cheering me with my Healing and Mediumship just as he cheered his beloved football club Tottenham Hotspur F.C. (Spurs).

He was my landlord, became a father figure in my early life in the UK, and remained a close friend and he continued to treat me as a part of his family.  I am grateful for his open-minded approach to my Spiritual studies, often willing to try Healing and Yoga Nidra. His gentleness and kindness are always missed. Great music lover and Spurs supporter.  Because of him, I became a Spurs supporter. I miss our date going to football matches at White Hart Lane.

I would like to extend my deepest gratitude to all those who have touched my life, from my cherished family members in Japan and the UK to the friends who have journeyed with me through the past, present, and those yet to come. Your unwavering support and encouragement have been the cornerstone of my journey, propelling me forward even in the face of adversity. Without each and every one of you, I would not be standing where I am today, and for that, I am truly grateful.

Journey of Healing: Overcoming SCAD

In December 2020, I experienced SCAD (Spontaneous Coronary Artery Dissection), a rare form of heart attack. It was a profound shock, especially considering my prior good health and active lifestyle. The journey to recovery wasn’t just physical; the emotional and psychological toll left me grappling with a loss of confidence and a prolonged struggle with fear. Now, after four years, I finally feel ready to put this challenging chapter behind me.

I’m eager to share my story and offer support to others facing similar experiences. I know firsthand the importance of finding support and understanding during such a difficult time. Whether through sharing my journey or offering guidance in practices like healing, Yoga Nidra, or simple Pranayama, I hope to provide comfort and assistance to those on their own path to recovery. My wish is for anyone facing SCAD or any health challenge to find strength, resilience, and ultimately, healing.
